3 reasons the why you don't have you six pack


Most of people don't realize the problem when they trying to get a fit body especially the abs because they are the most important muscles in men body So today i'm sharing with my brothers 3 reasons the why you don't have you six pack

1.you train hard but you eat harder  
maybe you train hard and you want that six pack raped but in the other view you eat a lot of food that make your goal harder or even impossible when we talking about fitness the food and nutrition are so important so if you eat a food with fat or worse ( fast food ) stopping eating them will do make your goals closer

2. work on muscle forget about fat    
maybe you stop eating foods that makes you fat but in the progress you need to get off the fat that you already have Most of people working on the abs muscles they became stronger of course but they didn't see the result because in top of these strong muscles we have a big fat area that they need to take it off so start using a bicycle or running or using the climb any sport activity that burns fat

3.Getting tired of that exercise
there is a ton of abs exercise but what people get tired of is the fat burning exercise as we said in the last paragraph the fat burning is so important in fitness so getting the hit body going to make sweat of course so try to stay motivated and get your sexy body now :)
